Fitness Professional and Strength and Conditioning Specialist Ed Williams comes to Connecticut! He has been a competitive athlete for over 20 years, playing both football and basketball. He has achieved numerous accolades as a competitive athlete and has been involved in sport specific training for years, including one of the youngest inductees to the Adelphi University Athletic Hall of Fame. He has also coached college sports, which has all allowed him to bring a very unique style of training to his clientele. He has trained a wide variety of clients from pro athletes to the everyday person wanting to look, feel and perform better. He is a great motivator and brings a lot of energy and knowledge to his sessions, helping teach his clients how to live optimal and healthier lives. He empowers clients by helping them find that inner athlete in all of us, as well as teaching them to actively transform their lives. His many years of training experience allow him to integrate a wide variety of modalities to get optimal results for all his clients. He specializes in helping others optimize their confidence and performance and undergo life transformations.
He most recently left his position as Director of Continuing Education at the nationally ranked NYC-based training facility Peak Performance to join the CrossFit community in CT.

Coach Kevin has attended 3E Crossfit since it opened in May of 2014. He took the CrossFit Level 1 Course in November of 2013 and the Crossfit Movement and Mobility Specialty Course in 2014. Kevin has his Bachelors in Health Science Studies and Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Quinnipiac University. He has been practicing as an orthopedic physical therapist at Community Physical Therapy in Southington, CT. An avid hockey player since kindergarten, Kevin has been interested in sports and movement since a young age. CrossFit has been part of Kevin’s life since he was a physical therapy student in 2011, as one of his professors pushed him to try something new. Olympic Lifting has become a passion of Kevin’s over the past few years, under the guidance of Coach Ed. Gymnastics and endurance training have also been areas of interest for Kevin.
